Practice Area

Arruti & Associates has a diverse legal practice. However, we particularly excel in representing our clients in personal injury, construction and general liability matters. We also offer services in alternative dispute resolution, i.e., arbitration and mediation, to those who demand a balanced, experienced, and effective neutral to resolve their legal issues in a non-adversarial environment.

Personal Injury

We specialize in handling catastrophic injuries and all forms of personal injury matters, such as, motor vehicle/auto accidents, wrongful death, slip/trip and falls, products liability, premises liability, and dog bites.

Construction

Our construction practice includes counseling and representing clients in matters regarding construction defect claims and other issues that arise during the construction process. We have represented individuals, developers, general contractors, framers, roofers, stucco contractors, window installers, plumbers, electricians, hvac contractors, finish carpenters, garage door installers, materials suppliers, and product manufacturers.

General Liability

We excel in representing clients in all forms of general liability matters, including, but not limited to, premises liability, commercial and residential landlord-tenant issues, business tort, public entity defense, peculiar risk, and environmental law.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Services

We offer services as a neutral arbitrator and mediator to those who want to avoid or minimize the high costs associated with litigation and trial by resolving matters through the alternative dispute resolution process. With his insight regarding complex legal concepts, his ability to convey legal argument in a concise and understandable manner, and his ability to assist parties in reaching a general consensus on key issues, we are highly effective in resolving even the most difficult matters with extremely polarized positions.

While most cases we mediate resolve during the mediation, all matters we mediate are successful investments since virtually all cases that do not resolve during the mediation do end in resolution shortly thereafter based, in substantial part, on our efforts.
